Professional S knives are precision forged from a single piece of special formula high-carbon stainless steel. Each blade is ice-hardened using ZWILLING’s signature FRIODUR® process to deliver exceptional sharpness, durability, and corrosion resistance. The sturdy bolster acts as a finger guard and provides optimal balance, while the traditional triple-riveted handle ensures comfort and control. 

Steak knives included in this set are from the ZWILLING TWIN Gourmet Classic line. These knives feature stamped construction using ZWILLING special formula high-carbon no-stain steel. The blades are FRIODUR® ice-hardened for long-lasting sharpness and durability, paired with a classic triple-riveted handle for strength and comfort. Made in Spain.
